MEET RIA
Â
A teacher, mentor, and author devoted to helping teenagers and their parents heal from the scars of bullying. Her mission is to guide them from fear and self-doubt to confidence, resilience, and joy.
That mission is deeply personal. As a young girl, Ria struggled with fear, low self-esteem, and the pain of not feeling good enough. Later in life, her search for health and answers became the turning point that changed everything. In that search, she discovered Louise Hay’s You Can Heal Your Life. The book struck a deep chord within her and inspired her to train as a certified Louise Hay teacher.
From Fear to Teaching With Confidence
adults how to break free from limiting beliefs, embrace self-love, and create a more fulfilling life. Every class she taught deepened her conviction:Â if only we had learned these truths earlier in life, how much pain could have been avoided?
That thought became her deepest wish — to bring these tools to teenagers at the exact time they need them most. To help young people understand how the mind works, how confidence can be rebuilt, and how they can rise above bullying instead of being defined by it.
Becoming a Louise Hay trainer marked the beginning of a new chapter. For years, Ria taught adults how to break free from limiting beliefs, embrace self-love, and create a more fulfilling life. Every class she taught deepened her conviction: if only we had learned these truths
Knowledge and Mentorship
Over the past thirty years, Ria has immersed herself in the study of self-image psychology, the power of words, emotional resilience, and universal principles such as the law of attraction. Her path has been shaped and enriched by the wisdom of world-renowned teachers including Bob Proctor, Brian and Cory Proctor, the Collier Collective, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Peggy McColl, Tony Robbins, Marianne Williamson, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Shirzad Chamine. Each teacher added a layer of insight that now lives in her heart-centered work with teens and parents.
A Lifelong Dedication to Teens
Ria knows firsthand what bullying does to a young heart. That experience fuels her unshakable commitment to help teenagers feel safe again, reclaim their voice, and believe in their worth. Her approach blends decades of study with compassion, practical tools, and the belief that every teen has the power to write a new story for themselves.
A Life Rooted in Family and Joy
Today, Ria lives in the French countryside surrounded by peace, nature, and her loyal rescue dog Jessy. She is the proud mother of two daughters and the joyful grandmother of four grandchildren, who — to her great delight — all live close by. Family has always been the anchor in her life, and their love continues to inspire her mission to create a safer, kinder, and more empowering world for the next generation.
